Delivery

Note: if you choose the incorrect delivery option we will amend your selection and contact you to advise you of the correct rates.

Courier Delivery

We deliver using Fastway Couriers. Your signature will be required upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, the courier will leave a calling card. You will be required to contact the courier to arrange next day delivery. If you do not contact the courier for re-delivery within 5 days the parcel will be returned to us and you will be charged another fee for re-delivery (same as initial delivery fee).

Please allow between 2 to 9 working days (from date of order) for delivery depending on where you are located (see more information below).

Express Post Delivery (Satchel only) – Australia Wide

Small Express Post Satchel (up to 500g) $8.00
Large Express Post Satchel (up to 3kg) $11.00

Note : only items such as invitations, tags, ribbons and napkins are suitable to be sent in satchels. Other items such as table runners, cups and jelly pails cannot be sent this way as they will get damaged – they need to be sent in a box.

Express Post Boxes

If you require your order urgently (and it doesn’t fit into an Express Post Satchel) we are happy to organize to send it via Express Post. Price however is on application as it depends on the size, weight and destination of your order. Please tell us in the Shipping Notes at the checkout (when you order online) that you would like us to organize this. We will contact you prior to despatch to advise you of the cost of this service.
