Payment Options

The following cards can be used at The Party Parlour online, via phone or fax: Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard.

Out of Stock

If we are out of stock of any of our products we will contact you and you will have the choice of:

• hold the order and deliver items when all products are in

stock; or

• deliver order now and out of stock items when they become

available; or

• cancel items and you will not be charged for that item.

Damaged or Defective Products

Please notify us immediately and we will arrange replacement items to be sent to you.

Returns

To return any goods, please advise us and we will instruct you what to do with the goods and issue a refund once we have received them.
